By using the WaveStudio app, website, or community, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
WaveStudio is a music player, audio visualizer, and editor. The website provides template previews and a community for discussions, template requests, and support. Local music playback, design, and export do not require an account.
Creating an account is optional and is required to publish designs or write topics, replies, and requests. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity through your account. The information you provide must be accurate.
You keep ownership of your content. By publishing a design, topic, or reply, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, format, and display it in the WaveStudio app and website only as needed to operate the community. You confirm that you own the rights to what you publish or have sufficient permission.
Do not upload or publish content that infringes another person's rights; is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, harmful, or malicious; contains malware; or impersonates another person. Technical abuse, including intrusion attempts, flooding, or unauthorized access, is also prohibited.
Uploaded designs are reviewed before public release. Any user can report violating content. We may remove content or comments and suspend accounts that violate these terms, without advance notice when necessary.
The app, its name, logo, design, and protected official templates belong to their respective rights holders. Protected templates are licensed for use inside the app only. The service does not grant a right to obtain, redistribute, or bypass protection on their files. You remain responsible for having the rights or sufficient permission for content or templates imported from outside the service.
WaveStudio is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. You are responsible for backing up your files. Our maximum liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You can delete your account, identifying data, and files at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account or on the Delete account page. Public posts may remain under “Deleted member” to preserve discussion context after account, app, and device data is removed. We may terminate or suspend access when these terms are violated.
We may update these terms from time to time. The update takes effect when published on this page. Continued use means that you accept the updated version.
